He has worked with hundreds of organizations and over 10 000 individuals in areas of conflict resolution, strategic planning, organizational change, organizational change, leadership development, effective communication skills, presentation skills, team building, customer service and personal development.

He possesses excellent communication and consulting skills and has a solid reputation in producing results. His experience includes training throughout North America in multiple disciplines. This includes facilitating the Canada-wide conflict resolution and strategy session for the Transportation Demand Management (TDM) for ACT Canada, facilitating the Community Matters Forum for the United Way across five regions of Leeds and Grenville, conducting strategic planning and team building sessions for the City of Ottawa Child Care Services for four consecutive years and training and consulting the Akwesasne Mohawk Reserve, including the Council and Police Department.
